Pros
Superb work environment, good office culture, colleagues are very supportive, nice facilities on campus, many technical experts with in depth engineering knowledge.
Cons
Overpaying Agency employees, many a time good career/project opportunities are given to Agency employees instead of permanent staff. Quality permanent staff are leaving the company and going contract after seeing how KBR is over-incentivising the Agency employees and not doing enough to remunerate the staff.
