      Pros

      Good compensation, opportunities to grow professionally. The experience you get working overseas is something you can't get from any other type of job.

      Cons

      Poor management. Information is slow (if ever) to trickle down to the people who need it most. Too reactive, management waits until there is a problem before attempting to fix areas they know are in jeopardy.

      Pros

      Very large corporation, international opportunities, pretty good base salary, procedure driven culture and "stable" environment for the ones who like that. Work force is technically very skilled.

      Cons

      Procedure driven, a lot of red-tape, internally oriented, with very conservative business approach and very little appetite for taking risk. Poor (medical) benefits program. Depressing office work environment. Legal Dept is basically running the company /business. They act as the world is revolving around KBR. Very slow to adapt to new business conditions and opportunities. Very high average age in company. Feels like an institution. Struggles to make acquisitions quickly when such opportunities comes up

      Pros

      If your suited for this lifestyle being overseas give you the ability to travel more; if you like a challenge, you well get what your looking for.

      Cons

      For a lot of the higher paying jobs it’s solely based on social promotion and who you know; job performance really has nothing to do with longevity on the project, in fact, poor performance can be the key to getting a promotion.
