      Pros

      The work ethics standard is very high at KBR. The company provides learning opportunities by providing access to the industry standards and job related technical materials. External learning opportunities by vendor presentations, seminars and mentors. Good communication between different engineering disciplines is encouraged for better project execution.

      Cons

      KBR is very quick to remove and/or terminate the most valuable and contributor employees from project and /or from the company without reviewing the value that an employee has/had provided to the company. The termination process at KBR is very degrading and insulting to an employee. Recently, the salary freeze and elimination of all the national holidays is very discouraging policy for employees at large.
