9/80 Schedule, good benefits, casual working environment.
Cons
No notice of impending layoffs. When management decides to cut employees, HR discretely comes in with a stack of red folders with a list of employees on their hit list. Management asks to meet with you along with HR to advise your position is being terminated that day. I worked for KBR for over 14 years and that's what happened to me. Very sad, because it was a great company to work for until management decides you're no longer needed.
