      Pros

      There are a multitude of opportunities available at KBR. If you are willing to relocate, working on a project can be very profitable.

      Cons

      There are very few female role models in a position of power at KBR save for Sue Carter, CFO.

      Great place to learn, grow, travel - very high exposure to some of the biggest global projects.

      Pros

      +Movement within the company is encouraged - corporate, project site, internationally +Structure - regular review process and HR guidelines +Availability for training - internal and external +AWW/AWS days (9/80 schedule) +Supportive work environment - many of my closest friends are ones I worked for/with over the years +Lots of free food as catering is everywhere and fun company events +Paid parking and good company benefits - medical, dental, flex spending etc. +Generous expense account rules

      Cons

      -Extensive travel, depending on what department you are in and your role -Lay offs depending on the economy/market and projects -Towards the end of my years at KBR, it seemed like revenues were decreasing and morale was low -Hours were very long depending on what department you were in - nights and weekends were normal in many proposals and proposal-supporting departments

      Pros

      Very structured environment. You know that your subordinate isn't getting payed more than you (good or bad).

      Cons

      Very silly training program prior to leaving. Pay is lower than most similar companies. They pay based on position, not experience (good or bad). During contract changeovers, middle management was not trustworthy. Many lies.
