Pros
This particular job is one of the coolest imaginable. Coworkers are great. Not attributable to KBR, as they are just a contractor at JSC. NASA is who generated the good work culture, not KBR.
Cons
Despite the speciality of my role (4 years of training to be useful and cannot shortcut that by hiring from competition), we are not monetarily valued accordingly. Despite bad attrition and people leaving 1-2 years after reaching the 4-year cert (terrible return on investment), KBR does little to incentivize staying around.
