      Great people in business operations and support functions with long history of working together to get things done under challenging circumstances, conditions and locations globally. Decisive leadership team and strong execution of new strategy.

      Cons

      The organization is going through a transformational strategic shift in business direction away from energy-related commercial markets towards higher mix of government contracting. Massive changes underway in terms of internal processes, systems and personnel. Compensation and benefits are average at best except for executive leadership team and upper management. Severance and benefits for those laid off in recent restructurings practically nonexistent regardless of tenure.
