Pros
Some people are genuinely nice. Some, not all. And the coverage is okay.
Cons
Where does one begin? The human resources may be the worst in Maryland in the past ten years. They focused more on "resources" than "humans." Some of the project managers are a laughingstock. No education required to ascend, and those with education are discarded as "problem" people, despite their practicality, which is often misconstrued as arrogance or stubbornness.
