Pros

The pros - great atmosphere, positive energy - enjoy going to work, good life and work balance - very good program/schedule for kids - coworkers are all very nice - worked at 3 different locations and all were great (Chicagoland area) - Management is great - Management actually cares about employees - Good opportunity to move up in the system - Best job experience I’ve had thus far

- low wage - can have minimal hours at times
