Pros

Good hours, good if you like working with kids and being outside.

Cons

Pay is extremely low. I didn’t even get paid close to the average national rate. Communication isn’t great. It felt very rushed and I was nagged on a lot about not completing the videos quick enough.

If you have a good club to work with it can be a fun easy gig.

Cons

They hired our whole team three days before camp started. Pay is not great. They don’t communicate frequently and the onboarding is long with lots of videos.
