Pros

Decent structure during the day.

Cons

Lots of time in the hot sun and when it rains it is hard to keep the kids occupied (you can't put on a movie or anything). Management did not give consistent hours so the hours were different every week and much less than promised. The pay is bad for the amount of work you do and how tired you are when you get home. The demographic of the kids that go to this camp and their families are difficult and often times karen-like. The higher-ups are pushovers.

Pros

good structure during the day decent activities tennis and golf is the only good part

Cons

horrible hours horrible kids, they’re spoiled and entitled, i cannot count the amount of times they talked back and pulled the “my parents make more money than you” card, as well as their parents never disciplined them management is horrible, i loved my camp director, but KE camps itself is horrible KE camps was also horrible with hours. they could not provide enough hours for the amount of counselors needed to work, so there were times when there were too many kids and not enough counselors
