Great career opportunities with poor work life balance
Pros
Genuine chances to progress from team member to RGM, the opportunity will always exist as long as you have the potential. There are some really good people that work in the business, the brand has proven incredibly resilient and if you can do a good job in KFC then you will succeed anywhere, thankfully there are some great franchises out there with great people working for them
Cons
Yum who own the brand don't have a clue or care about the operational challanging in store or about the store teams although they will pretend they do. They will say in every Comms they want to simplify ops but every marking window there do the opposite. Stores teams will be working from 7 until midnight, and with a typical store having over 50 team members your phone will never stop buzzing.
