Colleagues, the people you work with.

Cons

Work load is too heavy for one person, but they let you do it anyway. Conducts employee review every year with zero action taken. Focuses more on profit than people. Implements programs but is not willing to add manpower to make the program successful. No work/life balance at all, you arr expected to answer everything even if you are not on duty.

Flexibility is great, area coaches are always on hand to help out with any issues. Pay is ok but you can increase this by increasing the sales of your store.

Can be hard to keep staff as its minimum wage for team members
