No pros and I mean this from the bottom of my heart.
Cons
This place was established based upon the regulations of the slavery era. You are on your feet for 8-9 hours, depending on how long your shift is—all while, the general manager is sitting in their office doing NOTHING. The pay is horrible. If they are paying $15, then it should be a full time/40 hour job. You can’t pay nothing off of what you work for other than your phone bill. Shift supervisors and managers are bullies and feel as though they can do whatever they want. I left due to the way management would speak to customers and other employees. Management loves to promise you of advancement opportunities but just want you to be their personal pushover. Oh and it SMELLS in there. You will walk out of the store and someone will automatically know you work at KFC. And the smell stays with you. Please avoid. I worked there for 3 days and left
