Pros

Flexible hours are about the only positive to working for this company as some weeks you can request to do more or less.

Cons

Often don't get breaks which are a legal requirement. Often don't get 11 hours between shifts as required by law. Never stick to your contracted hours Availability not met

Pros

I would say some reasons for working for kfc is that you need the ability to stay calm under pressure! Being able to communicate with customers to understand what they want to order from the menu. Also being able to get along as a team and work to a sufficient standard.

Cons

The downsides of working for kfc is that not always the team gets along with each other. Sometimes things are missunderstood between team members and not all orders get out on time because we are waiting for things.
