Let me get this straight. It was a franchise KFC. The payment was minimum. No job contract. No money paid on your account. No appreciation for your very hard work unless you have someone in your family from "head office" or you are have 'connections'. Long exhausting hours, very rude low class customers who are only looking for argument and demanding free food claiming you got them wrong. Very often when they place an order they shout at you and totally disrespect. No progress in your career as you can work five or more years still being just a cashier with minimum pay and with no benefits. You will feel how it is like when your fast, deliver excellent customer service and and do your best and they promote slow average worker just because of certain reasons. Oh...and one more thing after six hours and more than six hours of working you are entitled to have forty min break but on our workplace they told us only twenty min but they cut forty min from your wages!!

Worked for 10 days before getting sacked due to lacking skill. the training (if it can be called that) provided was nowhere near adequate and the pay per hour came to be below the minimum wage of 5.13GBP for my age. the manager was rude to me when i was not able to do tasks which I had not been trained in.
