Pros

Friendly, fast-paced environment. Teaches good basic work ethics that will stay with you for life.

Cons

Management could be a little shotty. Too many levels of leadership within a single store. Employee, Trainers (or Senior/Older 18+ Employees), Shift Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager. Made requests and notions to the Restaurant Manager as you may not be put on shift with them for weeks depending on the schedule. Making you pester them in their off time with phone calls.

Pros

If you want to achieve an higher level of hierarchy on a company, there is plenty of opportunity at this job. The board will ask you often if you want to be promoted for a team leader, or even manager. You also learn a lot of tasks that require discipline, quick thinking and physical challenge.

Cons

Being treated badly from the staff is quite common, which makes you feel like a slave, since the job is quite hard and the pay is very short.
