DS is a restaurant chain in a dynamic market environment which is fast growing. As in most jobs in China you can get relatively quickly many responsibilities - especially if you are a foreigner speaking mandarin. Salaries are growing relatively quickly in China.

Cons

Life quality in China is not comparable with US or Europe, there is a strong hirachical thinking in the teams (slightly better than Chinese average).
