Pros

Great people in the stores. Bonus structure very lucrative. Area Coach in Phoenix was always in stores! Competive Pay.

Cons

Now owned by Franchisee. . Benefits do not cover hospitals stays or pre existing conditions. No vacation time for 1 year. No match for 401K . In low volume stores you earn 40 hours to 62 in high volume which includes training hours. General Management schedule requirements are 3 mid shifts and 2 closes.

*flexible hours *easy job to get *no interview required *its a tiring job but its not too hard to do *if you work in the back you can pretty much stay silent

Cons

*rude customers *low wage *managers are usually slackers *most people don't care about their job there *not room for advancement *too much grease not enough pay
