      Good pay Friendly staff Decent benefits

      Cons

      Poor management that provides little support with behavioral management. Incredibly over obsessed with data. Creates a very micro managing structure that’s just built for teacher burnout. Most teachers I saw that applied at the beginning of the school year did not stick around to the end. School culture is horrible and the students have lots of needs. It is exhausting
