The coworkers I work with are just awesome. People here are so committed to the students. I've worked in education my whole life but I've never encountered an organization so committed to its mission.

Cons

You sometimes have to work overtime. They require a lot out of you so you need to have a strong work ethic so you don't burn out quickly.
