Pros

Great people who care that are trying their best given the circumstances

Cons

The founders implement frequent changes but often reverse them the next day due to complaints. This cycle creates inconsistency and makes it hard to keep track. Either they need to stand by their decisions or step back and let others take the lead to bring stability.
