> The team is made up of smart, driven people who genuinely care about the company's success. > Leadership, particularly the CEO, was approachable, and I always felt comfortable providing feedback. > The product is innovative, and there was a strong focus on refining processes and market strategy. > I loved the variety of work and the ability to contribute across sales, enablement, and operations. Wearing multiple hats allowed me to have a meaningful impact on different aspects of the business. > My insights were valued when advising leadership and the sales team on best practices.

Cons

> Like many startups in a growth phase, frequent changes were necessary, but at times they felt more financially driven than strategically planned. > Internal restructuring and shifting priorities made long-term planning challenging. > It was frustrating to learn about internal roles only after they were filled.
