Pros

Ample exposure given to engineers through travel to top tier customer sites within the first year Eg; Samsung, Intel, TSMC etc. Customer facing environment enables technical and interpersonal skill development under high pressure.

Cons

Travel can be too much at time - sometimes even 90% of the year travelling to foreign countries with language and food barriers. Work Life balance can be pretty bad at times of high pressure tool evaluations.
