Its a great place to start your career. You will have freedom to experiment a lot of tech as the company is undergoing tech transition

Cons

Not a great place to work to be for longer period of time. Domain knowledge learned cannot be applied outside, and the most of the technologies are obsolete. Very difficult to get Job in other software companies, as the company name is un-heard of
