OverAll Good but it is good for Experience Guys. For Fresher's very Slow learning.

Flexible timing, relaxed work for most of the time, enjoyable good work culture. Flat org with very good exposure and visibility.

Cons

Cross country teams make work difficult at times. Spendings on individual employee varies drastically from team to team which is common in India.
