Work load might be heavy but cyclical, might be physical at times. Option to OT for extra. Work is not stressful as long as you’re competent. Alot of older guys seem to like it. Nice colleagues.

Cons

May be prone to work injuries. Base pay low. Progression is limited unless you actively look for options.
