      Pros

      Good place for people starting careers. Decent salary and non monetary benefits for the bay area.

      Cons

      Very demanding, and poor work life balance for individual contributors. No stock or RSU for individual contributors. Senior management not appreciative of the hard work and effort put in to achieve targets by individuals. No growth within company.

      Pay is is in line with the industry Kulture performance oriented, might be pretty stressful depending on the group manager. Decent gym.

      Cons

      Corporate management is too fixed on the current line of products, sometimes risk averted towards completely new concepts that could become big revenue source in the future. Sometimes it feels like the quarterly reports are main drivers of planing long term financial future of corporation.
