Employee referral really works, you can refer anyone on your list. A family for gangs, crimes to gather in their social networks until retired.
Cons
Not as advertised, the inside of kla is just as same as one of the lowest rated companies in Milpitas. Low morality, low integrity, gossiping inner networking, irresponsible work ethic. Tons 2+, 10+, 20+, 30+ years employees with low skills to work, but high skills to mask themselves. Some of them committed crimes, on police watch list, kla hides them. Promotion only depends on personal networking. Ironic to see how kla advertises in public, SHAME to know what the inside of kla really is.
