      A comfortable place to stagnate

      Pros

      Flexible work structure, good work/life balance. Keeping employees healthy is promoted; onsite gym and wellness workshops.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth, frequent middle management changes and restructuring make it difficult to set meaningful yearly objectives. Working from home is frowned upon, even though all the technology is in place to make it possible.

      Competitive Salaries, Leading edge technologies, great opportunity for interns and those fresh out of college to gain real world experience in a high tech environment. Solid engineering processes from concept to production.Company culture promotes healthy living.

      Cons

      Small offices with few conference rooms. Lab space is limited. Company needs more synergy across divisions.
