      Good benefits and comp. Many peers are quality people.

      Cons

      There is a veil of caring about emplpoyees, but just just like every other company out there, they would rather use CHIPs Act money to enrich C-Suite and have stock buybacks than invest in their employees. They had to lay people off because of perceived market issues but ended up making over $4b that year.
