      Very friendly and helpful coworkers and managers Projects are interesting and have good variety Opportunities and encouragement for growth and expanding your skill set Managers on mechanical engineering team are dependable and supportive of their team

      Majority of the workforce in Ann Arbor is early-mid career, which can make it challenging to get guidance or time with managers on large teams. Many projects work with other sites or internationally, so evening meetings are common to accomodate other time zones.
