      At least for my position which reports directly to US HQ: Competitive salary, foreign work environment, flexible working hours/location. This may be slightly different to positions reporting to local management.

      Cons

      Teams reporting to local Management can be hit or miss depending on which team you work for and they implement a lot of local Taiwanese work culture I.e. calling after work hours expecting you to pick up, unreasonable demands, long work hours, etc.
