      Good welfare benefits. State of the art innovation and technologies. Great place to learn different types of Metrology Inspection tools. Good culture and environment

      Horrible increment even to top performers. Delaying of promotion when due to “keep” employees. Bonus scheme is fairly low. Many growth opportunities?? Lol

      The company pay really well a lot of chance for traveling all of the world at KLA

      Cons

      Bad training. Company will send you to train in the classroom, coming back to OJT. They just make watch one project and do one on your own and that is it. No more training.
