      Pros

      KLA is a great company with smart people and a very durable business with interesting problems to solve. The culture was great -- I loved the values such as HFC

      Cons

      Not unique to KLA, but at a larger mature organization: (1) your growth may be limited to the number of new openings / you may wait for someone to leave before having an ability to level up / make a ladder switch (2) your experience is highly dependent on your direct manager and whether you have a mentor. I was lucky enough to have a SVP/GM as a mentor / coach during my time at KLA.
