      Pros

      Great Culture, people are the best at what they do. Best technology in the world, dedicated teams. KLA processes really force the teams to think strategically and continuously think of what is best for the customers, company and employees. It really is a great place to work

      Cons

      KLA runs a little too lean and there's little work life balance. Management says that they care about this but are always asking for more that we people can deliver without having to sacrifice personal and family life.
