      Pros

      KLA people has relatively same quality and performance so is easier to communicate and work as team. KLA promote integrity and speaking out. Management team works as hard as individual contributor and able to adjust agilely in the dynamic environment.

      Cons

      KLA combines many functions into one role. So work life balance is not easy.

      Stock, strong tech and innovations. The company can’t be competed by anyone

      Cons

      While most groups are great our group has an inexperienced micromanager who isn’t fit for the job. He always stresses his team and even after repeated complaints to senior management and attrition the management still does nothing. Half the team is going to leave once they get good offers outside
