      Silicon Valley Tech company in Ann Arbor Good Pay Good Education benefits Lots of opportunities for different roles Signing Bonus Stock options

      Cons

      Seems like it may be a slow climb to advance to a higher position with raises and promotions only once a year. Could be considered stressful at times but I think that’s part of the fun. Starting PTO is 15 days could be higher as that includes sick time

      Good pay, overall employee benefits are good

      Cons

      Very old technology stack, less quality work, working with offshore team is difficult as they dont support and native managers also turn blind to such issues. Internal management defers team to team and sometimes entry level employees leading the experienced persons.
