      Pros

      Very good on-site benefits, nice and helping people, ESPP for students.

      Cons

      Because of how the product is and the milestones for it, the technology is very old - almost no cloud at all only for DevOps positions, not recommended for juniors starting their carrer. WLB is avarage -, because the company is global and operating in various timezones there are situations where availability and bug fixing could cause irregular working hours.

      nice colleagues work in scrum teams flexible working hours combination remote-office work fitness studio compensation 60Euros of pluxis in a month 30 day vacation

      Cons

      stressful at release time high work load lately new contract with mandatory overtime (on business reason) and on call duties. both with unclear rates and conditions not mentioned in the contract.
