      1) Good career exposure. 2) Products are technical masterpieces 3) Tough interview process 4) Decent hikes

      Cons

      1) They never want to expand out of Chennai in India. Because of this, many promising talents leave the company after working there for a few years. 2) Some employees are given permanent WFH, while others have to come to the office. So management is favourablle to some employees.
