      Pros

      Little to no supervision from supervisors, including up 3-4 weeks without contact. Projects will be given no timeline and you will never know if your ahead of schedule You will be able to fill out self surveys that do nothing and will never be heard from again. Classic 0.63 cent COL ajustements

      Will be illegally demoted for seeking mental health treatment. Will be fired as part time so no extra compensation will be provided. Will never be taught how to do many things even after asking Management is in the office like twice a week and probably wont talk to you Will be forced to work from home until "productivity increases" and after it does you will still not be allowed to return to the office. Absolutely no care for mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. Will be made to feel inadequate for not knowing something management has know from over 10 years. a couple bags of chips and some granola bars are not snack its just offensive
