      Pros

      Seems attractive NCG program, good for college graduates if you cannot find job elsewhere. Base salary seems okay if you are new graduates.

      Cons

      People seem overloaded and not happy. Need more activities make it employees enjoy working at KT. My personal opinion, will add more later.

      Pros

      Life in Testing is good, Life goes on, but may get bored after a couple of years. So far so good.

      Cons

      Too much to do. sometimes work is overwhelming, its kind of tough to balance between work and life. Long hours.

      Pros

      Peope work hard here, very dedicated & sincere. Good management. Lots of oppurtunites to develop your skill sets. If you are a nerd, this is the place :-)

      Cons

      Workaholic environment. I cannot comment about salary since I am a consultant here. But from what I hear, they pay slightly below industry average.
