      Passionate employees that want to make a difference; very intelligent people; generally speaking, a fair work-life balance; rotations every couple years

      Cons

      Semi capex is a very cyclical industry and can be very difficult to stomach. This is an industry issue and not necessarily a KLA issue.

      Pros

      Benefits are good, PTO time increases with time, benefits include cafeteria and work-out center, work environment can be flexible and training programs are very good

      Cons

      People need to work hard and work smart to be efficient. There are few who are willing to help and many who would rather protect their own position.

      Outstanding technology Gerat reputation and brand recognition Attracts good people Great internal training and employee development Compensation package used to be one of the best in the business

      Cons

      Seems to have lost the edge over the last five or so years New management does not dive as deep into each organization as the old guard Semiconductor business is terrible right now, will it ever get back to the level than it once was?
