      Good salary. There are many training classes, such as online trainings and in-class ones. You can apply online. You can take as many as you like if your manager agrees. Your salary promotes each year.

      Cons

      Little change, which means little opportunity. You can have a comfortable life. However, if you want an adventure in career, patience is everything.
