      Pros

      Very easy to do the bare minimum Can easily take credit for other peoples work Can leave at before 5 pm since no one is around For those who are not interested in a career but just to get a salary, it is a good deal

      Cons

      Really poor low level and senior IT managers who have been here for years Zero innovation and extreme complacency Demoralized workers who have severe trust issues

      decent pay, good benefits. If you are an Asian/Indian they are happy to sponsor H1B

      Cons

      Not a chill place! Very Poor gender diversity, no female around the office. Very senior,aged people trying to put heavy pressure on you all the time.

      If you are a contractor at KLA , you are paid at least 30 K to 40K less per year than other full-time employees doing same job..

      Cons

      If you contractor ; IT will refuse to issue you manager approved laptop. They will not install manager required engineering software tools, EDOC will kick back your drawings based on these C.S, fake drawing requirements. And, contractors not allowed to order parts / cable assemblies through eProcure.
