      Pros

      It's been a pleasure to work here in the Ann Arbor office this summer, even with my project being very independent, there has been no shortage of helpful guidance and an overall friendly atmosphere to work in. Employees seem very motivated by their work, and management clearly works had to make sure interns are getting the support they need, while also being pushed.

      Cons

      Some interns that I've interacting with had far less significant projects compared to others. I know management makes a strong effort to assign good projects to all interns but I know a couple people who had extremely valuable projects, and others who were doing a bunch of mini and somewhat insignificant tasks.
