Great pay. Great benefits. Organizational hierarchy is flat, meaning. you can directly talk to your director or some of those above you.

Cons

Work life balance can be tough. Work load can be a lot at times. The time zone difference when working with California employees can make it challenging and long hours.

it is a very niche experience, may find trouble switching positions externally and too much work. if interested in Semiconductor - Metrology, and Inspection, then itis a place to go.
