      bad organization, ship is sinking

      Pros

      I guess compensation was fair for the area, and there were no issues on that front. was ultimately good for my career growth as I learned a lot, and got to work with really capable technical individuals.

      Cons

      Too much middle management, and poorly managed. High turnover rate (for group I was in). lots of red tap, as processes in the organization were really inefficient.
