1) bad work(40 year old technology) 2) bad, idiotic and clueless manager, doesn't know how to manage people 3) bad people (filled with aholes) 4) layoff without giving any warning.no clear goals 5)racist people 6)they give joining bonus and everything but only to force you to stay for 2 years
