Pros

High-Paced Extremely interesting work Will Train Decent advancement opportunities Average pay Good benefits Nice working environment Fun Place Decent Leaders Good Culture, the company events were always great Most people are really awesome and I still talk to them The president, Will, is one of the most approachable and nice guys I've ever met. In fact the entire executive is the same. This company is always going to be growing and honestly, they should. If they had kept up with salaries, I would likely still be there.

Cons

I can only speak to the manufacturing side: The pay can be a bit on the lower side of average, but the benefits and bonus are nice. Some of the leadership can be lacking, you may never hear from anyone above your supervisor unless there is a problem. Some leaders think that their authority is derived from being harsh or overly strict. A lot of the leadership is young and inexperienced, and it sometimes shows. That being said, they have a decent process and you know what your work will be everyday. There can be a bit of an "inside circle," so if you're outside that advancement was harder. They have started hiring non-technical supervisors to lead engineers, which is not ideal for me. Work-life can get a little difficult at times, but for the most part "9-5" isn't hard to do. Be care they may try to prey on your feelings to get you to work more because they over promised. Honestly, good company, pay is a little low and can be hard to get decent raises sometimes, but you'll be making average money and doing some really cool work. I left for higher pay, which I easily got and then some; they are ~20% too low in my opinion.

Pros

KLS martin offers good support for graduates and employees with little experience to grow in confidence and train essential skills, this is good as a gateway into the industry, and the management is in Germany so you are not micromanaged, and are given adequate freedoms

Cons

Very dismissive management, reluctant to give salary raises (will make it seem like theyre doing a favour for a 3% increase when it turns out to be company wide and implemented earlier for the Germans) and will force you to sacrifice flexi time when there is no work, only for you to have to work it back in overtime. Also reluctant to let you grow and learn more unless you stay for many years
